Sheridan Cotrell is a seasoned speech therapist and business consultant with a master’s degree in speech therapy. Over her 18-year career in the speech therapy field, she built a six-figure consulting business in the healthcare industry and expanded into health coaching and business coaching, creating multiple successful ventures. Despite her outward success, Sheridan faced a major health crisis that made her realize the need for a balanced approach to business growth.
Sheridan's journey into consulting began in 2012, well before it became a common trend. Her extensive experience and passion for coaching healthcare professionals laid the groundwork for her partnership with Jessica Asselin and the creation of Health Practice Academy.
At Health Practice Academy, Sheridan empowers health practitioners to become CEOs of their practices, achieving success with the freedom they deserve. She focuses on providing strategic business management and marketing guidance to ensure practitioners achieve sustainable growth and balance in their professional and personal lives.
When she isn't working with clients in person or online, Sheridan teaches other clinicians and coaches how to scale their practices by utilizing advanced marketing strategies and online tools. Her comprehensive understanding of sales, marketing, operations, team management, technology, and CEO leadership is reflected in her strategic approach to growing businesses and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
Sheridan is also the lead behind the successful Not Your Mom's Mastermind, which has been transforming lives for over four years. As a co-founder of Not Your Mom's Co., she is dedicated to providing valuable resources and support to her community.

Becky Schmitz is the founder and driving force behind Cent$able Accounting, Inc., an accounting firm established in 1992 that partners with various businesses to help them achieve their best. With a commonsense approach to business and life, Becky has transitioned from specializing in tax problem-solving to focusing on guiding businesses in making financial decisions that align with their goals.
Becky began her journey in accounting during her college years, providing bookkeeping services to three business clients. Her dedication and passion led her to leave her full-time job in May 1993 to fully commit to Cent$able Accounting. Through countless struggles, endurance, and determination, she has built a successful business that reflects her values and expertise.
As an Enrolled Agent, a professional designation from the Internal Revenue Service, Becky has the authority to represent clients before the IRS with unlimited practice rights. She is also a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, passionate about developing tax strategies that support her clients' business decisions.
Beyond her professional life, Becky is a devoted wife to her husband, John, for over 35 years, and a proud mother of two children, Charlie and Jessie. She cherishes her role as a mother, having actively participated in her children's sporting events and activities. Her pride extends to her daily efforts, such as cooking breakfast and packing lunches during her children's high school years, ensuring they had nutritious meals despite limited off-campus opportunities.
In addition to her titles of wife, mom, accountant, friend, and daughter, Becky eagerly anticipates her favorite title yet to come—grandma. She enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, gardening, and fishing, embracing the simple joys of life.
